The Quality Assurance Network supports centres with immediate remedial action and longer-term infrastructure, with the aim of recovering from the sanction and getting back to business as soon as possible.
You will work with Debbie Barber, our Director and Lead IQA, who has a myriad of experience with various Awarding Organisations and business continuity planning.
Initially, she will explore the sanction and the root cause with you, creating and implementing an immediate plan and set of resources to reassure the Awarding Organisation that the business relationship can continue.
Following this, Debbie will work closely with you and your team for 6 weeks, offering:
- Coaching, mentoring and support for your IQAs
- Training & standardisation for teaching/assessing staff
- Back-to-basics centre audits, with a step-by-step guide to rectifying any issues
- Management and implementation of the recovery plan
- Provision of policies, documentation and resources required by the Awarding Organisation
- Ad-hoc telephone/Zoom calls for guidance and support for you and your team
This is a complete wrap-around package to get you back on your feet, leaving you with a complete package to ensure that you are never sanctioned again.
