The Quality Assurance Network assists training providers with Internal Quality Assurance excellence. With an outstanding quality assurance process, you can build your reputation as an exceptional training centre, provide your learners with speedy qualification results and certification and ultimately grow your business revenue by offering an unparalleled level of service to your clients.
The Quality Assurance Network currently looks after over 50 centres across numerous Awarding Organisations including HABC, QNUK, Qualsafe, NOCN & ITC to name a few.

Whether you're just starting out or an established provider, TQAN has got you covered. Our promise is to be there for you, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way.
You will be assigned an IQA with considerable experience in your chosen qualifications and with expert occupational competence to back this up. Your IQA will devise your sampling plan, and remain with you throughout your relationship with The Quality Assurance Network.
Working across a diverse range of Awarding Organisations, all of the team are familiar with the majority of AO requirements and are experienced across all areas of IQA.
From new centre applications (including SIA qualification applications), centre audits, policy updates, risk assessments, Observations of Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLA) and desktop sampling - TQAN can take the responsibility of Quality Assurance process off your hands, guaranteeing swift and remarkable results.
Attaching your IQA to your centre is easy. Depending on the Awarding Organisation, you will either send an email with the IQA information to the EQA department requesting your IQA be added, or upload their information to your AO portal.
The AO will then contact your IQA to confirm the business relationship - and that's it!

All IQA activity is conducted remotely, using technology as appropriate.
All advice and guidance via WhatsApp is (and always will be) free for TQAN clients. Using technology, centre audits, observations, learner interviews, portfolio sampling and much more can be conducted without burdening you with day rates and travel costs.
Remote IQA activity is better for the environment (one of the main values at TQAN) and also enables us to provide the best value. Of course, an IQA can come to your centre in person if this is the only option for your centre's circumstances - please contact us to discuss.
